摘 要:研究了生物滴滤法(Ф300×2000mm)净化间歇释放印刷覆膜废气的性能及其降解机理,系统采用甲苯专性降解菌株P.putida接种,循环式“气-液相同步驯化挂膜”方法启动,“诱导物目标污染物”递进式驯化,考察了两种间歇运行方式下,生物滴滤器对印刷覆膜有机废气的净化性能.结果表明:当生物滴滤器采用白天运行、夜间停运的运行模式,空床停留时间(EBRT)30.3s,总挥发性有机物(TVOC)入口的质量浓度为550~750mg/m^3时,TVOC平均去除率保持在85%以上,甲苯去除效率在95%以上,乙酸乙酯去除效率稳定在80%~90%;采用双休日停运2d的运行模式,去除效率经过2d的恢复期后达到稳定.甲苯耗氧降解封闭系统试验表明,停止有机废气基质供应时,生物降解积累的中间产物邻苯二酚、苯甲醇等继续氧化可转化为生物量,维持系统的稳定性.The performance and degradation mechanism of a pilot-scale bio-trickling filter (Ф 300 × 2 000 mm) for treating organic waste vapors produced from printing and coating facilities was investigated under two different intermittent loading conditions. The bio-filter was started by adding P. putida consortium using a "gas-liquid phase joint inoculation" method and an "inducer-target graded acclimation" method. The results show that the bio-filter is effective for treating organic waste vapors during the daytime operating period. When the inlet gas concentration is in the range of 550-750 mg/m^3 the empty bed residence time (EBRT) is 30.3 s and the elimination efficiency of TVOC, toluene and ethyl acetate are greater than 85%, 95% and 80%, respectively. Two days of contaminant loading after the weekend shutdown period were required to regain the full elimination capacity. A closed-system batch experiment on aerobic toluene degradation showed that there are several intermediates, :such as catechol and benzyl alcohol, that accumulate during bio-degradation. The good performance is demonstrably due to the oxidation of intermediates linked to biomass synthesis during shutdown periods.
