摘 要:针对高浊高铁锰矿井水的水质特性,分别采用普通石英砂、普通锰砂以及经过KMnO4溶液改性后的石英砂和锰砂等滤料进行除浊、除铁和除锰的过滤实验研究.结果表明,以上几种滤料具有良好的除浊效果,去除率达99%以上;且均能有效除铁,对铁的去除率在93%以上.经5%KMnO4改性后的锰砂滤料(滤速为6~8m/h)具有较好的去除铁和锰的效果,出水铁和锰浓度都在0.1mg/L以下,能够满足回用水的水质要求,且滤池启动快、除锰效果持续时间长.Based on the characteristic of coal mine wastewater with high turbidity, high iron and high manganese concentration, the filtration experiments for the removal of turbidity, iron and manganese was completed using different filter media of manganese sand, quartz sand, surfacemodified manganese sand and quartz sand by 5% KMnO4 solution. The results show that the removal rates for turbidity and iron were 99% and 93%, respectively. The better removal rate for iron and manganese can be achieved with the iron and manganese concentration of less than 0.1 mg/L by surface modified manganese sand and at filtrating velocity of 6-8 m/h. The effluent quality can meet the standard of reused water, and the filter has the characteristics of quickly start-up and long lasting time.
