交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨远端干骺端移位骨折对骨折愈合及踝关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的评估用交锁髓内钉结合早期石膏外固定治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折的疗效。方法用闭合复位胫骨交锁钉配合早期石膏外固定治疗20例离关节面5cm以内的胫骨远端干骺端骨折。结果20例骨折平均17.2周愈合良好。术后1a Johner-Wruths评分16例为优,4例为良;lowa评分平均为92.4分,17例优,3例良。20例均无不良并发症发生。结论交锁髓内钉配合早期石膏托外固定治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折疗效可靠。Objeotives To evaluate the effect of interlocking nail with early cast on fracture of distal tibia on bone union and ankle function. Methods Twenty cases of distal tibia fracture were treated with interlocking nail and early cast. Results The fracture of all cases was united well 17.2 weeks on the average after the treatment. One year after the operation, the recovered grades were excellent in 16 cases and good in 4 cases according to John-Wruths classification, and excellent in 17 cases and good in 3 cases according to Iowa classification with 92.4 scores on the average. No cases had severe complication. Oonclusion The interlocking nail with early cast may be effective and reliable to treat the distal tibia fracture.
