带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合21例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的方法及疗效。方法：对21例腕舟骨骨折不愈合患者采用带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗，术后管型石膏固定8-10周。结果：21例骨折均骨性愈合，经随访2个月～3年，优15例，良6例，优良率100％，腕关节功能达到健侧标准。结论：带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合疗效满意。Objective To discuss the method and effect of belt fascia peduncle radial malleolus bone petal implants in the treatment of unhealing wrist os naviculare fracture. Method 21 cases of unhealing wrist os naviculare fracture were treated with belt fascia peduncle ra- dial malleolus bone petal implants, and fixed with gypsum after operation for 8 - 10 weeks. Results 21 cases all got osseous heals. After followup of 2 months - 3 years, superior was found in 15 cases, good in 6 cases, and excellent and good rate was 100%. The injury wrist function achieved the standard of uninjured side. Conclusion Belt fascia peduncle radial maUeolus bone petal implants treating unhealing wrist os naviculare fracture has the satisfied effect.
