摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术的有效性及安全性。方法:手术在全麻单侧肺通气下用切割缝合器处理肺大泡。结果:本组20例均治愈,无手术死亡及严重并发症。手术时间平均1.5h,术中平均失血量110ml,平均住院时间为9d。结论:胸腔镜下肺大泡切除是一种安全实用的手术。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of video- assisted thoracoseopic surgery in the treatment of pulmonary bullae. Method From December 2005 to May 2006, 20 patients with pulmonary bullae were treated under VATS procedures. Results Twenty patients were all cured, without operative mortality and severe complications. The mean operation time was 1.5 hours, the mean blood loss during operation was 110 ml, and the average hospital stay was 9 days. Conclusion VATS should be considered as the approach of choice for pulmonary bullae.
