河南省部分地区儿童青少年风湿热监测及风湿性心脏病流行病学调查

摘　　要：1992～1994年期间,对河南省部分地区5～18岁儿童、青少年进行了风湿热监测及风湿性心脏病调查,首次得出河南省风湿热年均发病率3.62/10万,农村5.14/10万,城市1.92/10万;两年间风湿性心脏病患病率0.16‰,城市0.22‰,农村0.11‰,男性0.07‰,女性0.26‰。此为制定河南省风湿热、风湿性心脏病防治策略及对全国此两病的调查奠定了基础。The rheumatic fever monitoring and rheumatic heart disease epidemiological survey were made in the children(age 5-18)of some areas in Henan Province from 1992 to 1994. It is showed that the incidence of rheumatic fever is 3. 62/10 7T every year,5. 14/ 10 万 in the countryside, 1. 92/10 万 in the city. The prevalence rate of rheumatic heart disease is 0. 16‰,0. 26‰ in the city,0.11‰ in the countryside,0. 07‰ in the males,0. 26‰ in the females. The results lay a foundation both for the prevention and treatment of rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease in Henan and for the national survey of the diseases.
