摘  要:抑咽侧体神经肽(Allatostatin,AS)和促咽侧体神经肽(Allatotropin,AT)是控制昆虫保幼激素合成的激素。本研究应用BlastP程序,鉴定了家蚕基因组中的AS及AT,并发现它们只有一个拷贝。利用家蚕表达特征的全基因组芯片数据,调查了AS及AT在家蚕的组织和发育表达特征。结果发现,AS在5龄3天至上蔟的发育阶段以及5龄3天的头部组织表达,相反,AT则没有表达,这与保幼激素的活动规律较一致。但AS在中肠的高表达是否有特殊的功能,还有待进一步研究。这些分析为我们深入研究AS及AT在家蚕中的调控机制奠定了基础。As peptide hormones, allatostatin (AS) inhibits the biosynthesis of juvenile hormones in insects while allatotropin (AT) stimulates it. BlastP program was used to identify AS and AT in silkworm and found out that they had a single copy. The expression patterns of AS and AT in silkworm were surveyed based on the micro array data for the expression profiles of the silkworm tissues and metapho'resis development. The results showed that AS was expressed only during the period from day 3 of the 5^th instar larvae to wandering (W0) and in the head of three-day-old 5^th instar larvae. In contrast, no AT was detected in the tissues and development period surveyed. These findings were consistent with the secretion processes of juvenile hormones. The high expression of AS in the midgut indicated that AS might play specific roles in midgut functions, which merits further investigation.
