法学专业毕业生就业对策探析

摘　　要：社会需求相对不足、当前法学教育存在的问题带来法学专业学生就业难问题。解决法学专业学生就业难,应把好大学入学关,慎重招生,加强法学教育软硬件建设,注重提高法学毕业生的专业能力和综合素质,培养复合型人才,增强毕业生的竞争力;引导大学生转变就业观念,加强就业指导;加快司法考试制度和用人制度改革。Relative deficiency in social demand and problems existing in present law education which result in law graduates＇ difficulty in finding a job. To solve this problem, we should we should make efforts to strictly check on u- niversity entrance, build soft and hard law education facilities, put emphasis on training students＇special and general ability, enhance students＇ competition ability, guide college students to change their employment thoughts and reform current judicial examination and engagement system.
