摘　　要：为了充分发挥高校大学生党组织的作用,研究了高校党组织对大学生党员队伍进行继续教育、严格管理、发挥作用相结合的教育、管理、培养模式。认为大学生党组织在建立党员责任区方面应发挥以下功能:整体谋划功能;力量组织功能;关系协调功能;物质保障功能;管理支持功能;舆论导向功能;考核评价功能和党员带动积极分子的功能。To fully fulfill the functions of college students＇ party organizations, the article studies the education management, and cultivation mode by which college party organizations carry out continual education, strict management, and developing their functions to college student party members. In the establishment of areas of responsibilities of party members, it is believed that college students＇ party organizations should the role as follows： functions of integral hatches; function of strength organization; function of relationship coordination; function of material guarantee; function of management and support; function of guidance of public opinions; the function of testing and evaluating; and function for the party members to bring along activists.
