摘　　要：晚清白话报刊呈现出了诸多现代报纸的特性,它通过在报刊上普及使用"下里巴人"般的通俗式话语方式对传统社会的特权话语体系进行解构,为社会民众提供了较为充分的舆论表达空间。在独立性的支撑下,摆脱对于政治权力的依附,充分调动报刊的知情权和表达权,重新建构起信息流通体系和舆论模式,积极地参与社会公共事务的讨论和对国家政府的监督,为晚清社会的公共舆论形成起到了积极的推进作用。Vernacular newspapers of the late Qing Dynasty had emerged as a result of a lot of modern newspapers. It had deconstructed the privileges of traditional social discourse system by means of using ＂Ribaudo＂ as a popular way discourse in the press. Thus it had provided a more full expression of public opinion space for community people than ever before. Under the support of independence, the vernacular newspapers of the late Qing Dynasty play a positive role in shaping public opinion at that time, by escaping from the political power of attachment, mobilizing the press＇ s right to know and the right to express, reconstructing the system of information flow and opinion model, participating in the discussion of social affairs and the supervision of government.
