湖北民族学院教职工健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解全院教职工身体健康状况,为开展健康教育、改善工作条件提供依据。方法对全院在岗教职工全面体格检查的结果进行统计分析。结果较明显的健康问题有视力减退、肾和胆结石、超重、脂肪肝,其次为血脂增高、高血糖、高血压。其中视力减退教师明显高于非教师,其余各病没有职业差别,只有年龄或性别上的差别。结论教师健康状况不容乐观,长期用眼过度,精神疲劳,特别是男性教师吸烟、喝酒、同时又缺乏体育锻炼等不良行为均是上述健康问题的病因。学校除进一步改善工作条件外,针对性开展健康教育和健康干预是非常必要的。Objective To investigate the health situation of the whole institute staff for providing a basis for improved working conditions and carrying out health education. Methods A comprehensive physical examination was done to the whole staff, and the data were analyzed. Resets The obvious health problem is hypopsia, kidney stones, cholelithiasis, overweight, fatty liver, the next is hyperglycemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension,the number of teachers with hypopsia is significantly higher than general workerS, there are no occupational difference but for the age or gender difference in the rest of the disease. Conclusion The health situation of teachers is not optimistic, excessive use of eye, mental fatigue, especially male teachers＇smoking, drinking and lack of physical exercise and other bad behavior are the cause of above health problems. Besides further improving working conditions, the health education and health intervention is very necessary.
