摘  要:以SiC微粉为原料,Y2O3、Al2O3为复合烧结助剂,以多组元蜡原料为粘结剂,采用注射成形法及液相烧结法制备了SiC陶瓷,通过扫描电镜、透射电镜等测试分析了粉体及烧结试样的物相组成及显微结构.力学性能分析显示,在合适的注射成型及液相烧结工艺参数下,烧结样品可获得良好的综合物理性能,1900℃烧结后材料结构致密,其密度可达3.24g/cm3,相对密度为98.2%,维氏硬度达2486.3HV,断裂韧性达6.68MPa.m1/2.Powder injection molding (PIM) and the liquid phase sintering technique are used in the manufacture of SiC ceramics. Take SiC powder as raw material, with Y2O3 , Al2O3 as sintering assistants, a multi-component wax-based system as the binder. We have analysed the phase composition and the microstructure of the power and the sintered samples. By the analysis of the mechanical properties of the samples, under the proper parameters of injection molding and liquid phase sintering, the comprehensive physical properties of the samples can be well accepted. After sintered at 1 900℃, the structure is dense , then the density of the sintered sample is 3. 24 g/cm^3, the relative density is 98. 20/00, the Vickers hardness is 2 486.3 HV, the fracture toughness is 6.68 MPa·m^1/2
