水分胁迫下Ca^(2+)与甘蔗内源ABA的关系

摘  要:本文选取甘蔗(Saccharum officinarumL.)福农95-1702为材料,结合钙离子螯合剂EGTA预处理,对水分胁迫下Ca2+与内源激素ABA的关系进行研究。结果表明,30%PEG处理下,甘蔗幼苗叶片中的内源ABA含量升高。1-3mmol/L的EGTA预处理显著抑制了水分胁迫下内源ABA的累积。这些结果表明Ca2+可能参与了水分胁迫下ABA的合成和释放,第二信使Ca2+与ABA所介导的信号转导之间可能存在交流与互作,协同调节甘蔗的抗旱性。The relationship between Ca2+ and other second signal molecule (ABA) in sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L. ) seedlings under drought stress was examined. It was found that endogenous ABA accumulated in sugarcane seedlings under drought stress, and the drought - induced increase of ABA content was significantly inhibited by the pretreatment of EGTA (a Ca^2+ chelator). It demonstrated that the low concentration of Ca^2+ in the cytoplasm might hamper the signal transduction of drought stress and finally decrease the synthesis and release of endogenous ABA, and there might be a crosstalk between the signal transduction pathways mediated by Ca^2+ and ABA.
