摘 要:研究了温度对绿僵菌菌株LA06、LD04生物学特性的影响,结果表明:两菌株生长和产孢的适宜温度均在25-30℃;适温下LA06在第3d开始产孢,产孢量达6×107个/cm2,LD04则第7d才开始产孢,产孢量仅1×107个/cm2;两菌株均以30℃下孢子萌发最快,GT50分别为7.55 h和9.88 h;45℃下处理8 h后LA06孢子萌发率为45.35%,LD04则为0。LA06菌株在实际应用中具有较大潜力。The effect of temperature on the biological characters of two Metarhizium anisopliae var acridum isolates, LA06 and LD04, was studied. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for their colony growth and conidia production was ranged from 25℃ to 30℃. Within this range ,LA06 began to produce conidia on the 3^rd day and the density reached 6 × 10^7/cm^2 , but LD04 did not produce conidia until the 7^th day and the density was 1 × 10^7/cm^2. For the two isolates, conidia both germinated fastest at 30℃ and GT50, were 7.55h and 9.88h, respectively. After being pretreated at 45℃ for 8h, germination rate of LA06 conidia decreased to 45.35% but that of LD04 was completely inhibited. Summarily, the isolate LA06 had the possibility of being used in the field.
