摘  要:以樱桃番茄为试材,分别喷施1次、2次、3次2000 mg.L-1外源SOD,以喷清水为对照,研究外源SOD对番茄内源抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量及果实含糖量的影响。结果表明,当喷施次数达到2次以上时,番茄叶片及果实内源SOD和POD活性能够显著或极显著地高于对照,可以极显著地降低叶片中丙二醛的含量,但对果实的作用不明显;外源SOD能使果实可溶性糖含量显著提高,说明其具有提高番茄食用品质的作用。Lycoperslcon esculentum vat. cerasiforme plants were planted in garden pots and 2 000 mg · L^1 SOD were sprayed on them one,two,three times respectively,the ck was sprayed by water,the effects of extrinsic SOD on anti-oxidase activity and the contents of MDA and sugar of the tomatoes were studied. The results showed that the activities of intrinsic SOD and POD of the leaves and fruits increased evidently by the treatment of extrinsic SOD when sprayed more than twice; the content of MDA in tomato' s leaves decreased markedly,while there was not effect on the fruits; the content of soluble sugar in fruits increased observably,it showed that extrinsic SOD improved the edible qualities of the tomatoes. The study gave some oppugns to "SOD fruit" from the aspects of organic substance' s transport and hygienical values
