摘  要:对实验室培养的6种海洋微藻用有机溶剂与水提取其活性物质,提取物用圆形纸片法对3种细菌和2种真菌的生长进行了抑制实验.结果表明:在6种海洋微藻中,塔胞藻的抗菌谱最广,分别对4种菌的生长有抑制作用.亚心形扁藻与塔胞藻的提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抗性最强.在所有的菌中,黑曲霉对微藻提取物较敏感.不同的微藻对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌有不同的抑制作用.微藻对细菌的抑制作用大于对真菌的抑制作用.Organic solvent and water was used to screen antimicrobial activity from 6 species of marine microalgae cultured in laboratory. Their crude extracts were tested for activities against 3 species of bacteria and 2 species of fungi by the agar disc diffusion method. Of 6 microalgae tested, Pyramidomonas delicatula inhibited 4 microorganisms tested showing the widest antibiogram. The extract from Pyramidomonas delicatula and Platymonas subcordiformis showed the strongest inhibition to Bacillus subtilis. Of all the microorganisms, Aspergillus niger was most sensitive to the extracts of microalgae. Different species of microalgae showed different inhibitions to Gram--positive bacteria and Gram--negative bacteria. The microalgae extracts inhibited bacteria more strongly than fungi.
