泳疗对围产儿生长激素分泌水平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨围产儿泳疗后的生长激素分泌水平的指标变化及临床意义。方法：将120例正常围产儿（7d之内，体重〉2500g、身长均〉50cm）随机分为两组，观察组（泳疗组）60例，对照组60例。120例围产儿随机分成两组，泳疗组（观察组）60例，对照组60例。测定两组围产儿生长激素分泌水平变化。结果：两组围产儿第1～2d生长激素分泌水平无明显差异（P〉0．05），第3d生长激素水平对照组（29-29＋5）μg，泳疗组（36＋5）μg，第4d生长激素水平对照组（32±5）μg，泳疗组（40±5）μg，两组比较具有显著性意义。结论：泳疗有助于促进围产儿生长激素的分泌。Objective： To explore the significance and changes of level of growth hormone in perinatal after therapy of swimming. Method： 120 cases perinatal were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases ） and control group （60 cases ）. And then detected the changes of level of growth hormone. Result： There＇s no significant difference of growth hormone in both group during the first two days （ P 〉 0.05 ）. On the contrary, the growth hormone was （29 ＋5） μg, （32 ＋5） μg and （36 ＋5） μg, （40 ＋5）μg on the third and forth day is contral groups and observation group respectively. Conclusion： It＇s helpful by swimming therapy to the increase of growth hormone in perinatal.
