摘　　要：目的:总结老年心脏瓣膜置换术后的监测和护理。方法:回顾性总结29例60岁以上心脏瓣膜置换术患者的监测和护理要点。结果:出现心律失常16例,低心排3例,神经系统迸发症4例,肺感染3例,平均住院天数19d±0.5d,均治愈出院。术后以门诊方式得到访视,访视结果满意。结论:加强患者术后病情的监测,提高术后护理质量,对巩固手术效果和促进病人康复起关键作用。Objective： To summarize the monitoring and nursing .for the old - age patient with cardiac valves replacement. Method ： A retrospective summarization was made on the monitoring and nursing for 29 cases patients with cardiac valves replacement and whose ages were 60 years old or above, Result： There were 16 cases with arrhythmia, 3 cases with low cardiac output （LCO）, 4 cases with complication in nervous system and 3 cases with lung infection. The average hospitalization days were 19 days ＋ 0. 5days ：and all of them were cured and left the hospital. After operation, the outpatient service was conducted and with sarisfactory results. Conclusion ： It is necessary for strengthening the operational effect and facilitating the patient recovery to accelerate the monitoring for the patients and improve the nursing quality after operation.
