摘　　要：农业基本建设项目的实施已经成为科研单位的一项非常重要的工作。该文对农业基本建设项目实施过程中存在的问题进行了初步分析,同时,对科研单位做好农业基本建设项目提出了几点看法。It has become a very important work for institutes of scientific research to implement agricultural infrastructure project. This paper carries out a preliminary analysis on the existing problems during the implementation of agricultural infrastructure projects and provides several thoughts on doing well the agricultural infrastructure project among institutes of scientific research.
