摘  要:目的探讨细胞因子IL-1α在实验性自身免疫性肌炎模型发病中的作用;观察环孢菌素A对实验性自身免疫性肌炎模型的疗效以及对IL-1α表达的影响。方法分别应用环孢菌素A 5mg/(kg·d)和强的松5mg/(kg·d)口服,治疗实验性自身免疫性肌炎模型动物,并通过临床症状评分和病理改变来评价环孢菌素A的疗效。检测1L~1α在环孢菌素A组、强的松组和对照组EAM动物血液中的浓度,评价IL-1α在EAM中的作用。结果环孢菌素A治疗多发性肌炎模型具有明显疗效。IL-1α的浓度在实验性自身免疫性肌炎模型动物中明显增加,治疗组(强的松组和环孢菌素A组)和对照组之间IL-1α的浓度的变化值经t检验具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗组之间IL~1α的浓度差异无统计学意义。结论环孢菌素A治疗实验性自身免疫性肌炎有明显疗效。环孢菌素A能减轻实验性自身免疫性肌炎发病程度,其机制可能与IL-1α的抑制有关。Objectives To investigate the effect of interleukin -1α in the attack of EAM clinical effects model rats, M of Cyclosporin in experimental autoimmune myositis rals and the changes of interleukin-1α in the ethods To treat EAM animals orally administered with Cyclosporin A 5mg/(kg · d),Prednisone 5mg/(kg· d) and then evaluate the effects of Cyclosporin according to the clinical symptoms and amination. To detect the concentration of interleukin-1α in different groups of EAM effects of interleukin-1α on the EAM animal models, Results Cyclosporin was ef fective in the t pathological ex and evaluate the reatment of PM models. There was significant up-regu1αtion of the concentration of IL-1α in EAM rats, The test showed the difference of the concentrations between the treatment groups (the Cyclosporin groups and the prednisone groups) and control groups were significant statislically (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the Cyclosporin groups and the prednisone groups, Conclusions Cyclosporin was effective in the treatment of EAM. Cy- closporin may relieve the degree of the pathology of EAM by the inhibition of IL- 1α.
