嗜热侧孢霉产CMCase液体发酵培养基的优化

摘　　要：通过单因素试验和正交试验设计,从碳源、氮源和无机盐3个方面研究了嗜热侧孢霉产生CMCase的液体培养基组成。试验结果表明,产CMCase的最佳培养基成分为:麸皮1.00%、蛋白胨1.00%、(NH4)2SO41.10%、CaC l2.2H2O 0.04%,酶活力达到44.90U/m l。The components of liquid fermentation medium for CMCase produced by Sporotrichum thermophile were studied from carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salt through single-factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. The result showed that the optimum medium was as follows ： 1.00% wheat bran, 1.00% peptone, 1.10% （NH4）2SO4 ,0. 04% CaCl2 · 2H2O, and CMCase production could reach 44. 90U/ml.
