摘　　要：研究了AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process,层次分析法)在陶瓷产业动态联盟模式中的应用,介绍了AHP基本原理,分析了陶瓷产业联盟伙伴选择的步骤,确定了联盟伙伴评价因素,建立了层次关系模型。通过两两比较矩阵,利用AHP求出盟员伙伴综合评分,充分发挥了专家和行业协会在联盟模型中的信用保障和任务审核作用。Application of AHP in dynamic alliance of ceramic industry was studied.The basic principle of AHP was introduced.The steps of the alliance partners' choice in ceramic industry were analysed.The appraisal factors of the alliance partners were determined,and the hierarchy relational model were established.The synthesis grading of the alliance members is obtained by using AHP through two-two comparison matrix.So the experts and commercial assosiation can play more important roles fully such as credit guarantee and audit in the alliance model.
