摘 要:以油桃品种霞光和油蟠桃品系NF杂交组合为试材,分析了F1代果实主要性状遗传倾向。进一步证实了果形遗传符合1对等位基因的分离规律,蟠桃对圆桃为完全显性;果实成熟期属数量性状,后代出现较广泛的分离,45.9%的单株成熟期早于双亲。由于在有性过程中非加性效应的解体,果实大小低于双亲,但仍有9.4%的油蟠桃单株超过油蟠桃亲本。杂种后代果实风味呈现偏甜的趋势,可溶性固形物含量平均值低于双亲,超过双亲的油蟠桃单株仅占4.1%。果重与果形之间呈极显著负相关,可溶性固形物含量与果实成熟期、风味呈极显著正相关,pH值与风味呈极显著正相关。The inheritance trend of some fruit characters was studied in the F1 progeny of nectarine variety Xiaguang and flat nectarine line NF. The results further confirmed that the fruit shape was controlled by a pair of alleles, with flat peach completely dorninant to peach. The ripening phase of fruit was a quantitative character,45.9% of the plants in F1 progeny ripened earlier than the parents. Owing to the breakdown of non-additive effects during the sexual process, the fruit size of the F1 progeny was smaller than those of parents, however with that of 9.4% flat nectarine larger than flat nectarine parent. The F1 progeny exhibited the tendency of sweet flesh flavor and the average of soluble solid content was lower than those of parents, with only 4. 1% flat nectarine higher than those of parents. There were significant negative correlations between fruit weight and fruit shape, significant positive correlations between soluble solid content and ripening season and flesh flavor, and between pH and flesh flavor.
