2型糖尿病患者血糖水平和血液流变学特性异常之间的关系

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平和血液流变学特性异常之间的关系,为监测和预防糖尿病患者的并发症提供有效的手段。方法对136例2型糖尿病患者进行了糖化血红蛋白和血液流变学指标的检测。结果糖尿病患者的血液流变学特性均呈现程度不同的异常变化,血糖水平越高,异常就越明显。结论糖尿病患者的血液流变学特性和血糖水平呈正相关性。改善血液流变学表现可能有助于预防糖尿病并发症的发生发展。Objective To study the relationship between the blood glucose level of the patients with 2-type diabetes and the change of their blood rheology indexes.So as to we find the useful method to monitor and prevent the occurring of the complications.Method Detecting the HBAc and blood rheological index in 136 cases.Results There were significant changes of hemorheological indexes in these patients with 2-type diabetes and, the higher the blood glucose level,the more significant changes there were.Conclusion There was a positive relationship between the blood glucose level and the hemorheological indexes changes in 2-type diabetes patients.To improve the hemorheological indexes may help to prevent the origine and development complications of diabetes.
