摘　　要：目的:探讨对2型糖尿病患者的运动疗法,从而实施护理干预的疗效。方法:将40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,而且均给予饮食及药物治疗,干预组对其运动方式、强度、时间、频率、节律等进行了护理干预。结果:干预组2型糖尿病患者的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施运动疗法的护理干预后病情控制更稳定,而且提高了患者的生命质量。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in exercise treatment for the patients with type 2 diabetes. Method Forty patients were divided into the intervention group and the comparison group randomly, both gave the treatments of diet and medicine, and nursing intervention was given to the intervention group about the method, intensity, time, frequency and rhythm of exercise. ResuIts The effect in the intervention group was much better than that in the comparison group and showed significant difference. Conclusion After nursing intervention of exercise treatment for the patients with type 2 diabetes ,the state of illness is better controlled and the life quality is significantly improved.
