摘 要:通过对金清挡潮闸混凝土工程病害检测及分析,得出了沿海挡潮闸的钢筋混凝土结构病害成因主要是混凝土结构的盐污染、混凝土的碳化、钢筋保护层厚度严重不足等因素的综合作用的结果.提出了针对水闸结构的作用特点,根据混凝土构件病害形式及程度,分别采用DL470乳胶配制的水泥砂浆进行修复,采用外帖碳纤维布进行补强加固处理,对存在严重安全隐患的混凝土构件,应进行更换处理.为沿海水工混凝土结构的病害处理提供了科学依据.Based on the detection and study of the tide lock concrete in Jinqing Project, the main disease causes of formation are revealed, which is the result of multi factors such as the chloride pollution of concrete structure, concrete carbonation and serious shortage of reinforcement protective layer thickness. According to the sluice structure characteristics, the disease form and extent of the concrete elements, the cement mortar with DL470 latex is suggested to be. used to repair the concrete components and the carbon fiber is chosen to reinforce the concrete components, while the concrete dements with serious hidden trouble problems should be replaced, which provides a scientific theory on how to handle the concrete structure in coastal area.
