摘　　要：《海上高频数据通信调制器功能描述》是《海上HF数字和电子邮件无线电通信技术》(青岛远洋船员学院学报2007年第2期)一文的续篇。本文对海上高频数据通信调制器的功能进行了描述,包括海上高频数据通信调制器的组成、设计参数选择、长帧格式、循环冗余校验(CRC)、序列号、短帧格式、扰频器、差分编码、同步序列、快速傅立叶逆变换(IFFT)、周期延长、并行到串行转换、内插器、上变频器等内容。《The functional description of the data exchange modulator in the maritime high frequency mobile service》 is a continuation of 《Maritime HF Digital and Email Radio Communication Technology》 published in 《Journal of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College》Vol. 28 Sum77 （2007 -2）. The disquisition includes the modulator architecturor, design parameter selection, Long- frame format, Cyclic redundancy check （CRC） , Sequence numbers,Short - frame format, Scrambler, Differential encode, Synchronization sequence, Inverse fast Fourier transform （IFFT） , Cyclic extension,Parallel to serial conversion, Interpolator, Upconverter.
