摘　　要：本文分析了INMARSAT系统不断发展和铱星系统濒临破产的主要原因,指出先进的技术必将取代落后陈旧的技术,但是仅有先进的技术,而无好的策略,无准确的市场定位,也会被市场无情的抛弃。以此为鉴,准确地把握我国卫信通信的市场,开拓我国的卫星通信市场。This text analyzed INMARSAT system to develop continuously to get close to bankrupt main reason with iridium galaxy generally,get the forerunner＇s technique will replace an old technique,but have the forerunner＇s technique only necessarily,and without good strategy,have no accurate market fixed position, again the advanced technique will be also abandoned heartlessly by the market. Tally up successful experience and failure, the precept absorbs beneficial thing from it, taking this as, holding an our country correspondence accurately of market, expand the correspondence market of the satellite of our country.
