摘 要:以山西生长的6个杏品种1年生休眠枝为试材对其抗寒性能进行了研究。对其1年生休眠枝的SOD、POD酶活性及其MDA含量的测定,表明在12月至次年2月低温(-7.7℃)的条件下得出如下结果,①苹果杏和兰州杏1年生休眠枝的SOD、POD酶活性与其耐寒力呈正相关,抗寒性较银香白、意大利2号、金荷包、麻真核其他4个品种强;②随着温度的降低,枝条内的MDA含量变大,抗寒性强的品种MDA含量相对较低,也表明苹果杏和兰州杏较其他4个品种的抗寒性好。Taking one year old branches of six almond cultivars as testing materials, the activities of SOD and POD and the content of MDA under low temperature ( -7.7℃ ) condition from December to next February were determined. The following results were obtained. The cold tolerance of Pingguoxing and Lanzhouxing was positively correlated with the activity of SOD and POD, and the cold tolerance of these two cuhivars was better than other four tested cuhivars. As the temperature decrease, the content of MDA in branches increase. The MDA contents with high cold tolerance were relatively low, the results of MDA content determination also indicated that the cold tolerance of Pingguoxing and Lanzhouxing were better than other four cuhivars.
