摘　　要：按照国际惯例，轨道交通实际包括：干线铁路、城际（区域）铁路和城市轨道交通，在技术层面上具有一定的相通性，可以实现规划、设计、施工及设备制造等阶段性工作的一体化和资源共享。目前，中国轨道交通建设总体上看，从规划设计到建设和运营管理健康运行，发展有序，成果突出。In line with international practice, railway actual including： Trunk Railway, the Inter-city （Regional） Railway and the Urban Railway, these have some same at the technical level, can be achieved integration and resource-sharing on planning, design, construction and equipment manufacturing. Currently, generally speaking, from planning and design to construction and operation, China railway is operating healthily, developing orderly and with manner and with out-standing results.
