摘　　要：交通影响分析是当前国际上对建设项目进行交通评估的常用方法,分为单一型和综合型两种。通过比较综合型和单一型城建项目交通影响分析方法的异同,进而分析综合型城建项目发展的阻碍,提出综合型城建项目交通影响分析未来发展的可行性及研究方向,不但能够给予城市建筑和交通新的发展空间和方向,而且也为未来该类项目建设的基础性分析研究提供一定的理论依据。Traffic impact analysis is a common international traffic evaluation method for construction projects, including single type and comprehensive type. After the comparison of the similarities and differences of single type and comprehensive type, the obstacle, future development feasibility and study direction are proposed for comprehensive type construction project, which not only guide new development space and direction for urban architecture and traffic, but also provide certain theoretical foundations for construction projects studies.
