摘  要:神经干细胞是神经元和神经胶质细胞的共同前体细胞。神经干细胞增殖及分化机制的研究为神经系统疾病治疗提供了新的途径。具有巨大的潜在应用价值和理论研究意义。Wnt信号转导途径是传递生长刺激信号的通路,对多种生物的胚胎和体轴发育,特别是在胚胎神经系统发育过程中起着重要作用。新近研究表明,Wnt信号途径能够明显促进神经干细胞向神经元分化,其机制可能与神经干细胞的内在特性、内环境及靶基因的不同有关。Neural stem cells are the common precursor cell of neuron and neuroepithelial cell. Studies of mechanism of proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells provide new ideas for treatment of nervous system diseases, and have great potential value in application and theory study. Wnt signal transduction pathway is an access transferring incentive signal of growth. They are important for development of enbryo and axis of diverse organisms, especially embryo nervous system. Recent researches manifested that WNT pathway could obviously promote neural stem cells to change into nerve cells. The mechanism maybe concerned with its different internal characteristics, internal envirunment and target gene.
