摘 要:人工关节置换术后假体周围骨溶解所引起的假体无菌性松动是影响其使用寿命的主要原因之一。晚期患者必须行关节翻修手术,但手术难度大、风险高、费用多,非手术治疗人工假体周围骨溶解已成为目前关节研究领域研究的热点。目前药物主要从抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收、作用于炎症过程及细胞因子、促进成骨三方面来防治骨溶解;基因治疗骨溶解和其他方法也在研究中。Aseptic loosening of prosthesis resulting from periprosthetieal osteolysis after artificial joint replacement is the main cause affecting its in-service life.The advanced patients must have artificial joint replacement, which has big difficulty in operation, high risk and much more cost. Treating periprosthetieal osteolysis by non-surgery technique is the hot spot in the domain of joint researeh. At present, drugs can prevent osteolysis from three aspects, they are inhibiting bone resorption of osteoclast, affecting inflammatory process and cytokines and promoting osteogenesis. Gene therapy and any other methods are being studied.
