摘　　要：采用了一种利用Agilent86100宽带取样示波器实现对其他宽带取样示波器校准的方法。该方法扩展了标准脉冲法的校准范围,理论分析证明,可以实现对带宽达到50 GHz的宽带取样示波器的全信息校准,比传统的标准方法具有优越性。应用该方法,对标称带宽为20 GHz的宽带取样示波器进行了校准实验,实验证明是有效的。A new method that calibrates the broadband sampling oscilloscope by using Agilent 86100 broadband sampling oscilloscopes was discussed in this paper. It is verified theoretically that the method can calibrate broadband sampling oscilloscope in all information whose bandwidth is up to 50GHz. The method is superior to traditional calibration methods. The experiment which calibrates an oscilloscope with nominal bandwidth 20 GHz was done and the result shows that the method is effective.
