摘　　要：目的探讨1992-2006年北京市永定路社区传染病的流行病学趋势，为医院传染病管理和加强社区传染病的健康教育提供参考。方法对1992-2006年北京市永定路社区航天中心医院上报的所有临床确认及疑似各类法定传染病资料进行整理分析。结果15年来北京市永定路社区传染病发病率总体上呈下降趋势；发病前3位的分别是菌痢、腮腺炎和风疹；传染病患者中，男性略多于女性，职业以干部为主，年龄以0～10岁儿童居多，传染病高发季节为7～9月。结论肠道传染病是北京市永定路社区今后传染病的防治重点，应加强社区居民的传染病健康教育。Objective To know about prevalence of infectious disease in Yongdinglu District from 1992 to 2006, and to provide the references to the management of contagious disease in hospitals and the health education in communities. Methods The data of legal contagious disease reports from Central Navigation Hospital was analyzed. Results The incidence of infectious diseases decreased in the 15 years. The first three diseases was bacillary dysentery, parotitis, and nettle rash respectively. The cases of male patients was more than female; cadres was the most popular occupation types in the cases; children aged 0-10 accounted for the majority of the cases; and the incidence was at peak in autumn. Conclusion The prevention and control of intestinal infectious should be strengthened in the future in Yongdinglu District, health education about infectious disease should be conducted among the residents.
