取消强制婚检后不同人群婚检行为相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析不同人群对取消强制婚检的反应和婚检行为,为修订婚检制度提供决策依据。方法采取整群抽样法,通过自我管理式问卷进行调查。结果有39.1%的人赞成取消强制婚检,30.2%的人不赞成取消强制婚检,另有30.7%的人无所谓;不同恋爱阶段(P<0.01)、不同生育阶段(P<0.05)人群的婚检态度有显著性差异。结论应简化婚检工作程序,加强婚检相关知识的教育,加强医务工作者自身相关知识的健康教育。OBJECTIVE To analyze response and pre-marital physical examination behavior, then to offer the scientist basis of the design or the revision pre-marital physical examination system. METHODS Adopts the group sampling law, through the self-control type asked the volume carries on the investigation. RESULTS Some 39.1% people approved the cancellation forces the pre-maritalphysical examination, 30.2% people did not approve the cancellation forces the pre-maritalphysical examination, some 30.7% people do not matter; The pre-marital physical examination manner has obvious difference on the different love stage （P〈0.01） and birth stage （P〈0.05） crowd. CONCLUSIONS Should simplify the pre-marital physical examination working routine, Strengthens the pre-marital physical examination correlation knowledge and medical worker＇ s related content education.
