毛泽东对外开放思想的历史贡献及其局限

摘　　要：对外开放,相对于闭关锁国而言,它是主权国家的一种政策行为。毛泽东明确提出了时外开放的思想,并以此为指导推动和促进了中国革命与社会主义建设事业的发展。毛泽东对外开放思想的主要建树是:深刻阐发了"中国不能离开世界"的思想;坚决主张"向一切国家和民族的先进的东西学习"的思想;反复强调"对外开放必须建立在独立自主、自力更生基础之上"的思想;必须坚持"批判继承与学创结合并逐步赶超"的思想;积极发展"对外经贸往来和科学文化交流"的思想等。尽管还存在着历史局限性,甚至一度还产生了一些不良后果,但毛泽东的对外开放思想却是一个反映了具体的历史条件与时代任务的卓越创造,闪耀着马克思主义真理的时代光辉。深入研究毛泽东的对外开放思想和理论,对于推动我们今天的改革开放事业具有重要的现实指导意义。Opening policy, that it is sovereign state relative to closing the border Er Yan, one kind policy behavior. Mao Zedong makes the thought having brought forward opening policy clear before one＇s death, and is to guide development of the cause having driven Chinese revolution and socialist construction and promoting on this account.That Mao Zedong opening policy thought main part makes a contribution is： The depth has elucidated ＂China being able to not leave the world＂ thought; Advocate the thought ＂that the advanced thing to all countries and the nation studies＂ determinedly; ＂Upper thought of emphasizing the basis opening to the outside world externally must build in building socialism independently and with the initiative in our own hands and through self-reliance＂ again and again; Must persist in ＂criticizing the thought inheriting with mimicking a wound being tied in wedlock and catching up with and surpass step by step＂; Develop ＂foreign economic and trade intercourse and scientific and cuhural exchanges＂ thought etc. actively.Have not hesitated to be returning history limitation back to existence, have produced a little bad consequence even once, but but, Maoist opening policy thought is that one has reflected concrete historical condition and times mission preeminence has been created by, is glittering Marxism truth times is brilliant. Go deep into thought and theory studying Maoist opening policy, to the guiding significance driving our reform and openness today cause to have important reality.
