摘  要:针对球磨机衬板材料ZG45Cr2MnSiMo,通过加入合金元素Nb,研究其对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,当Nb含量为0.06wt%,经900℃淬火、250℃回火时,试样的硬度为HRC54.5,冲击韧度为28.5J/cm2,组织为板条状马氏体+少量残余奥氏体+微量碳化物,并获得良好的强韧性,耐磨性与不加Nb元素的试样相比提高32.67%。The influence of Nb addition on the microstructure and property of ZG45Cr2MnSiMo used in ball mill as lining board was studied. The result shows that the hardness and impact toughness of ZG45Cr2MnSiMo alloy with 0.06Wt% Nb addition are HRC54.5 and 28.5 J/cm^2 respectively after quenching at 900℃ and tempering at 250 ℃, and the microstructure consists of martensite, some retained austenite and tiny carbides, The alloy with Nb addition has good strength and toughness, the wear resistance improves 32.67% compared with the alloy without Nb addition.
