吸引器头清洗方法的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和改进吸引器头清洗方法。方法按照随机原则,将吸引器头分为A组(超声波加酶浸泡清洗法)、B组(全自动清洗机清洗法),并对两种清洗效果进行对比研究。结果超声波加酶浸泡清洗组合格率明显高于全自动清洗机清洗组(P<0.05)。结论超声波加酶浸泡清洗法能有效清除吸引器头管腔内的血液污垢,目前是吸引器头的最佳清洗方法。Objective To study and modifieate the cleanout technique for suction tip. Method Suction tips were divide into two groups, group A were cleaned by ultrasonic wave with soaking in multi-enzyme; group B were washed by automatic washer. The outcome of different groups were studied and compared. Result The qualified rate of study group was significant higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasonic cleanout technique with soakint in multi-enzyme can clean out the stain in the lumen of suction tips which was made by blood. This technique was the best way to clean suction tips.
