摘　　要：[目的]探讨乙型流感病毒所致流行性感冒临床流行病学特点。[方法]对收治住院的178例流行性感冒患者进行病因和流行病学调查,分析临床诊疗特点。[结果]该病的潜伏期为1～4d,主要临床表现有发热、头痛、畏寒、乏力和全身酸痛等。经PCR检测是乙素流感病毒(维多利亚系)。经抗感染、抗病毒等综合治疗后全部治愈。[结论]此次疫情是乙型流感病毒(维多利亚系)引起的流行性感冒暴发,但临床特征符合急性上呼吸道感染。[ Objective] To study the clinical epidemiological characteristics of influenza virus caused by influenza B virus. [ Methods] The etiological factors and epidemiological situation of 178 hospital patients with influenza were investigated. anti the clinical features of diagnosis and treatment were also analyzed. [ Results] The incubation period ranged from l to 4 days, the main manifestations were fever, headache, hypdynamia and systemic ache, et al. The virus was influenza B virus （Victoria type） detected by PCR. All cases were cured by using comprehensive treatment with anti-infection and antivirus drugs. [Conclusion] This outbreak of influenza was caused by influenza B virus （Victoria type）, but clinical features were accorded with acute upper respiratory infection.
