1996～2005年国内公开发表有关尘肺论文的统计分析

摘　　要：[目的]运用文献计量学的方法对1996～2005年我国尘肺研究论文进行统计、分析,研究探讨我国尘肺研究的现状及其发展趋势。[方法]以中文生物医学期刊文献数据库(Chinese Mecical Current Contents,下称CMCC)为检索数据源,检索有关尘肺研究论文。[结果]以"尘肺"为关键词,出版年限定在1996～2005年进行检索,检索出10年间国内公开发表的尘肺研究文献共782篇,文献主要分布在中国职业医学等12种医学专业期刊上。对所检出的结果进行文献计量分析。主要项目包括论文分析、论文作者所在系统分析、论文主题内容分析。[结论]我国近10年来在尘肺研究方面获得了稳步发展,呈现出迅速增长势头。研究领域非常广泛,涉及职业流行病学调查、治疗护理、预防控制、诊断等9大方面。但是在尘肺研究领域所表现的一些薄弱环节需要在今后的工作中进一步加强。[Objective] To count and analyze the literatures about pneumonoeoniosis published from 1996 to 2005 by using literature metrolgy, and explore the current situation and developing tendency of pneumonoeoniosis in our China. [Methods] Literatures about pneumonoconiosis were retrieved by using Chinese biomedicine periodical literature database （Chinese Meeical Current Contents, gets down called CMCC）. [ Results] AS pneumoconiosis being the key word, the publishing year was limited from 1996 to 2005, and 782 literatures about pneumonoeoniosis published during 10 years were retrieved. These literatures retrieved were mainly published in 12 types of medicine journals such as Chinese occupational medicine. The results retrieved were analyzed by literature measurement analysis. Principal item included paper analysis, paper author in system analysis, paper subject content analysis. [ Conclusion] This study have shown that the research on pneumnonoconiosis have developed steadily and presented to be rapid growth in recent 10 years. The research areas cover nine aspects of medical, including epidemiologieal investigation about occupation, treatment nursing, the prevention and eontrol, and diagnosis, et al. But some weak links of research areas for pneumoconiosis should be improved in the following working days.
