摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳市公共场所从业人员艾滋病相关行为现状及行为干预方法探讨,为今后有关部门制订公共场所从业人员艾滋病健康教育和行为干预措施提供参考依据。[方法]按照整群抽样方法,调查深圳市公共场所从业人员共1189名进行自填式问卷调查。[结果]86.7%的人没有到过条件差的诊所接受注射;66.4%的人不愿意使用非一次性注射器;16.7%的人有多个性伴;36.9%的人曾经有过流产经历;在过去一年中,每次性生活中均使用安全套的仅为25.2%;对安全套的推广,大部分人持正向态度。[结论]公共场所从业人员安全性行意识较为淡薄,存在潜在艾滋病/性病感染危险因素,应今早对该人群开展多方位的健康教育和行为干预。[Objective] To investigate the current status of AIDS-related behaviors and approach the intervention methods among workers of public service in Shenzhen, and to provide reference basis for related department to make strategy on （acquired immune deficiency syndrome） AIDS health education and behavior intervention among workers of public service. [Methods] By cluster sampling, a total of i189 workers of public service m Shenzhen were investigated with self-filled questionnaires. [ Results] 86.7% of these workers did not injected in clinics with poor condition. 66.4% of them would not like to use non-disposable syringe, 16.7% of them had several sex partners, as well as 36.9% of them had undergone induced abortion; Only 25.2% of them used condom during each sexual behavior in the past year： The rate of condom use was tow, only 25.2% used condoms consistently in the past year; Majority of them hold positive attitude in terms of spreading condom use. [Conclusion] Workers of public service lack awareness of safe sexual behavior, who are in potential risk of infecting AIDS/ （sexu＇,dly transmitted disease） STD. Aimed at these workers, efforts shouht be taken to carry out multidimensional health education and behavior intervention.
