结核菌H37Ra诱导迟发型超敏反应的探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨结核分枝杆菌H37Ra免疫小鼠后能否诱发迟发型超敏反应及最佳的观测时间。[方法]Balb/c小鼠随机分为3组。分别用H37Ra、BCG和NS皮内免疫,6周后每组小鼠皮内注射PPD,游标卡尺测定24、48和72h局部皮肤红肿、硬结直径。[结果]H37Ra组24、48和72h的局部皮肤红肿、硬结直径结果分别是(6.17±0.20)、(5.23±0.35)、(3.59±0.40)mm,24和48h反应稍弱于BCG组[(6.71±0.66)、(5.89±0.52)mm],无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。与NS对照组相比,H37Ra和BCG免疫小鼠后均能诱导显著的迟发超敏型反应(P﹤0.05)。H37Ra组和BCG组均24h反应最明显。[结论]结核分枝杆菌H37Ra免疫小鼠6周后能诱导迟发型超敏反应,较BCG弱;24h为最佳观测时间。[Objective] To explore whether mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra could induce the Delayed-Type hypersensitivity reaction after immunizing mites and the optimal time of observation. [MethodS] Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, and were intradermally immunized by using H37Ra. Mice in each group were intradermally injected with PPD after 6 weeks, and the diameters of red swelling and induration of partly skin were measured by vermer caliper at the time of 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. [Results] In H37Ra group, the diameters of red swelling and induration of partly skin at the time of 24h, 48h and 72h were 6.17±0.20, 5.23±0.35. 3.59±0.40mm, respectively. Moreover. the diameters at the time of 24h and 48h were slightly lower than those in BCG group （6.71±0.66, 5.89±0.52nan）, but no significant difference was found between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） . When compared with NS group, the Delayed-Type Hypersensitiwty reaction of H37Ra and BCG groups were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. The greatest reaction of H37Ra and BCG groups was founded at the time of 24h. [Conclusion] Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity reaction can be induced by mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra after immunizing mice for 6 weeks, which is significantly lower than that of BCG group. The opdmal time of observation is found to be at the time of 24h.
