防治奶牛子宫内膜炎中西药复方乳剂的制备与检验

摘　　要：测定了盐酸小檗碱的最大吸光波长;根据吐温-80不同添加量对中西药复方乳剂中盐酸小檗碱溶出度影响确定吐温-80的最适添加量;通过外观、含量、pH值检查及离心加速试验、冷冻-加热循环试验、高温60℃与光照试验、(40±2)℃加速试验对乳剂的稳定性进行判定;通过皮肤刺激性及大鼠阴道黏膜刺激试验对其安全性进行判定。试验结果表明:盐酸小檗碱的最大吸光波长为350 nm,其溶出度不随着吐温-80量的增加而增加,最适添加量为4.95%。此中西药复方乳剂为稳定性高、安全、无刺激的子宫内膜炎理想制剂,可以用于临床研究。To survey and evaluate the max absorption wave length for Berberine. The optimization addition quantity of the tween - 80 was definited by the dissolution of the berberine in the Chinese - Western medicine emulsion by different content of tween - 80. The stability of the emulsion was judged by observation of appearance, detection of content, pH and the centrifugate accelerated test, reeze -heat cycle test, 60 ℃ and illumination test, （40 ±2）℃ accelerated test. The secttrity of the emulsion was accredited by cutaneous stimulation test and stimulation test of the mucosa for the vagina in rat. The results showed that the max absorption wave length for berberine was 350 nm, the dissolution of the berberine in the emulsion doesn＇t increased by adding the tween -80, and the optimumquantity was 4.95%. The emulsion is an ideal external preparation with stability, security and none - irritant, it can be used in clinical.
