摘　　要：马兜铃酸类中药导致肾纤维化的主要毒性成分为马兜铃酸,其所致肾损伤主要表现为慢性肾间质纤维化,临床转归为不可逆性。通过对肾纤维化及其修复过程的综述,为肾毒性的临床治疗和以马兜铃酸类中药为基础的新药开发提供思路。The main toxic component result in renal fibrosis is aristolochic acid A in traditional Chinese medicine , The kidney injury is main shown in chronic renal interstitium fibrosis and clinical tendency is inconvertibility . The review article from renal fibrosis and injury repairation offer the new ideas for treating renal toxic in clinical and developing the new chinese medicine base on aristolochic acid.
