摘　　要：在知识经济时代,大学与产业的合作关系影响到国家创新体系的建立与完善。为深入、全面地理解大学与产业关系的实质,本文根据国外两者关系的相关研究,对两者关系的未来发展进行展望,以为我国创新型国家建设提供参考。In the age of knowledge-based economy, university-industry cooperative relations have an important influence on improvement of national innovation system. In order to understand the nature of university-industry relationship more deeply and thoroughly, the paper reviews the latest relevant literatures abroad with expectation of enlightening our country＇s practice of building innovative country.
