摘　　要：建立了分光光度法测定硫酸软骨素含量。在pH5.0醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,结晶紫在583nm处有一特征吸收峰,其与硫酸软骨素生成的复合物在此波长下吸收强度降低,两者的吸光度差值与硫酸软骨素浓度在0.01~2.7μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%。A spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of chondroitin sulfate. Crystal violet had a characteristic absorption peak at 583nm in pH 5.0 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution. The maximal absorbance value was decreased by the complex which was formed from crystal violet with chondroitin sulfate. The decrease in absorbance value was linear with chondroitin sulfate in the concentration range of 0.01 - 2.7μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.7 %.
