摘 要:依据硫代乙酰胺(TAA)对钼浸取液的净化机理,试验了净化效果,并对净化液制备ATM的显微结构进行了晶界开裂产物的显微结构观察,对传统的酸洗净化方法进行了解剖。结果表明,TAA净化终点控制准确,避免了传统硫化铵无机硫化剂生成硫化物胶体对钼的包裹现象和钼的损失。同时表明,酸洗净化方法应当正确评价并删除;传统的干燥步骤应分为表面水和晶界结晶水等两步完成,藉以省略粉碎、筛分对环境和ATM产率造成的有害影响,并制得规则的、粒度均匀的高质量ATM产品。On the base of purification mechnism for the cation sulfide by thioacetamide (TAA) from leaching liquor, the purification effects have been tested. At the same time, the purification method by acidic washing have also been evaluated and the surface topography of products by above mentioned purified liquor has been observed. Results have shown that the terminal judgement of purification process were exact facility and to avoid sol wrappadge of sulfide compents . According to the purification and dry mechnism the acidic washing step may be deleted and the dry of ATM must be fallen into two steps of surface water and crystalline water.
