摘　　要：自从1999年下半年,第一轮"物流热"以来,第三方物流企业如雨后春笋般涌现,但是当前"物流热"实际在很大程度上是单方面的,即只有物流市场和服务提供方热,而物流市场的需求方却相对不热。这也说明了物流市场需求方对现代物流的冷漠。在物流投资热浪滚滚的今天,物流需求难以启动令人深思。本文将讨论物流需求存在的问题和系统分析的方法。Since the first upsurge of logistics in 1999, 3PL enterprises come forth constantly, but actually current upsurge of logistics is unilateral, which means only market of logistics and service offering sides are zealous, while corresponding logistics demanding sides are not, which means the demanding sides are indif- ferent to modern logistics. With rapid development of logistics investment, logistics requests are difficult to start up, which will make us ponder over. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of third party logistics and offers some relevant solutions.
