蒙药三味檀香汤治疗抗精神病药副反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒙药三味檀香汤治疗抗精神病药所致心血管系统副反应的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将61例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(CCMD-Ⅲ),首发或复发的精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,治疗组为蒙药三味檀香汤组,对照组为普萘洛尔组,疗程为8周。用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应,用临床疗效总评量表(CGL)评定疗效。结果:蒙药三味檀香汤组31例,普萘洛尔组30例。两组治疗抗精神病药物所致心血管系统副反应的效率分别为81%和79.5%,二者疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而治疗过程中所引起的不良反应不同。结论:蒙药三味檀香汤是疗效独特、依从性良好、毒副作用少,而临床疗效显著及安全性高的一种纯天然药。Objective： Inquire into the clinical curative effect and safety rate of the Mongolian drug - sanwei - chanxiang tang＇s treatment on the emergent symptoms of cardiovascular diseases caused by anti - mental disorder drugs. Methods：Randomly divide thd 61 schizophrenias who gualify for thd CCMD - Ⅲ into two groups whether they are first suffers or non - first suffers. They are the treatment group - the Mongolian drug Sanwei - chanxiang tang group and the contrary on Propranol ol group. And the period of treatment is eight weeks. The harmful effete can be. tested according to the TESS and the curatire effect to the CGL.Results：31 people for the former and 30 for the latter.The efficiency in treating harmful effect on cardiovascular diseases caused by anti - mental disorder drugs reaches 81% and 79.5% respectiuehy. There is no obvious difference between them（ P 〉0.05） in curative effect, while the harmful effect is dif- ferent. Conclusions： The Mongohan drug Sanwei - chanxiang tang is a kind of highly safe pure natural drug with notable Clinical curative effect. Et＇s special in curative effect,good in complicity and little in harmful effect.
